【摘要】品管圈是医院质量持续改进的有效、常用工具之一，近年来在国内医疗机构中已得到较广泛应用，并
取得明显效果。品管圈分为问题解决型及课题研究型。本研究通过文献分析法与案例分析法，聚焦于课题研究型
品管圈，介绍了其起源、概念与适用范围，剖析了其独特的操作方法与步骤，重点阐述了其与问题解决型品管圈
在实践操作过程中的区别，并对国内医院品管圈活动的发展提出思考与建议。

[Abstract]Quality control circle is one of the effective and popular tools for continuous quality improvement in hospital．
It has been widely applied iil China’s medical institutions．and has achieved remarkable results．QCC is mainly divided
into problem solving and task achieving．This study focused on the task achieving 0CC through the literature analysis
and case analysis．and introduced its origin．concept and scope of application。This study also analyzed its unique methods
and operation steps，elaborated the difference from problem solving QCC in the operation process．Finally．this study put
lbrward some thinking and suggestions in the development of Chinese hospital QCC．
